Performed a weekly live on-air radio show in addition to fill-in positions.  Operated a weekly syndicated radio show and served as fill-in operator of the John Boy and Billy program.  Monitored systems for four radio stations.  Worked with Prophet Systems, Shortcut 360, Telos phone system, Dopplar Max 6 radar, and Promo Suite.  Also served as back-up board operator/studio producer for local hockey games on sister station Cat Country 100.3.

On-Air Personality/Producer; WVCW College Radio, VCU
Chose and directed music for weekly broadcast.  Hosted and coordinated a five person show.  Exercised creativity and gained listeners for the station.  Learned the basics of talent/public interaction.  Founded the basics of working the technical process of radio, including reel-to-reel, cart, mini-disc, and computer automation.  Gathered news and wrote commentaries for a news based program.

Hired all on-air staff.  Created and loaded music logs.  Worked with the Music Director to create a sound and image for the radio station.  Worked with Natural Music scheduling software and BSI Wavestation automation program.

General Manager; WVCW College Radio, VCU
Acted as a proactive bridge between the radio station and university.  Created and maintained the station's budget.  Automated the radio station.  Managed special projects like live broadcasts.  Convinced the university to allow the station to increase its broadcast capabilities by utilizing web casts.  Managed all radio station staff.  Appointed all department heads.  Worked with the university and WVCW's Promotions Director to hold a charity Rock-A-Thon that raised money for a local charity.
